Triphala contains the herbs Amalaki (Embilica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), and Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), which have been used for centuries by Ayurvedic practitioners to support digestion by flushing out metabolic waste, or Ama, from the digestive tract.

How To Use

Adults: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) before meals with warm water or as directed by your health professional.
