Ayurvedic Consultations

Your consultation at Simply Health Ayurveda begins with me the practitioner helping you the client fill in a detailed assessment form that involves a body/mind analysis (body type/ Prakruti). Along with other details about your health, diet, lifestyle, environmental, and emotional factors, there will also be a tongue and pulse examination. This evaluation helps us understand the causative factors of your illness and which bodily intelligence/ Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, need to be balanced. Ayurveda regards the imbalances of the three bodily intelligences as the three main stressors of the body and the immediate cause of all diseases.

This detailed assessment of your history is important to plan an effective treatment plan that helps heal you at a physical and well-being level. The treatment plan may include diet and lifestyle changes and recommendations, herbal remedies, bodywork therapies, and/or detox therapies.

Simply Health Ayurveda encourages the client to have more awareness of their health, which will create more focus and intention to make positive healthy changes in their life. We are here throughout your healing journey whenever you are struggling and/or feeling lost with your treatment plan.

In order to meet the varying needs of different people, a few options are available for your needs. The duration and fees are suited according to the type of consultation.

Cancellation policy: Consultation appointments are always in high demand and get booked out quickly. I often have a waitlist of clients. If you have a booking and can’t make it, please let me know at least 24 hrs in advance to allow other people to take your appointment. Cancellation fees apply if cancellation of booking is less than 24 hrs’ notice.
